I get the impression if they could find another YA section where there was even more arguing going on they would leave here and go there.

Yes, you people are right about the Religion section. I used to hang there too. It's rough also.

Sometimes to inform, sometimes to be informed, and sometimes just to aggravate the cons. Occasionally I might even pull someones leg..... (I've noticed that many people on YA have no sense of humor)
Oh yeh, I love to argue. If I do it around the house my wife will toss me out.

I am certain that a good number of them are here because they like to argue, but I hate to argue. I come on here because I have a vision of the kind of world I want to live in, and how I and many other progressives believe that it really should be. I am here to fight for that vision, because that vision is the right one. *sm*

I love to constantly challenge my own way of thinking by going toe to toe with opposite minded folks. I don't look at it as arguing. Just good old fashioned freedom of speech at its best!!!

I think people come here to take out there aggressions, which in hind site may not be all bad. Let people take out their aggressions on their keyboard as opposed to people.

It IS like "singing to the choir"...no one's going to change their views so what's the point? Plus, YA funnels questions and/or people only will accept answers that they agree with...personally, I'm sick of this sudo site.

Funny, I see little discussion. Republicans seem to think all Democrats are tree hugging, tax and spend nut jobs, and Democrats seem to think all Republicans are gun toting, war mongering lunatics. Real discussion between the two would be welcome and interesting.
