Since a United Auto Worker is a member of a union...that would depend on the Contract signed with the Company.

The "average" starting wage between the "Big Three" is high teens to low twenties. Anything else you would need to see the contracts...and you're not going to be doing that now, are you... ;)

It used to be 28.00 an hr but with the buy outs the wages average 18.00 an hr for the newer employees.
