i have really been trying to get into acting but i just cant find the right audition. it has to be in New York...thankx

There are auditions in NYC everyday. You can't walk into an audition without an appointment. You are a minor and need a parent to go on auditions with you.
If you have never taken acting lessons, ask your parents to find an acting school for you in NYC.

You and your mother, and or Father, need to "hit the bricks", get a listing of agents (you really gotta have an agent before most casting directors will talk to you) and make the rounds with your head shots and resume. If you really want it, you gotta suffer. Also volunteer for back stage work - While you are waiting, enroll yourself into an acting school. If your high school has a drama section, hone your talents while you learn your craft.

Well you could start off in school (if you haven't already) then you should probably look for something in your genre-type (if you have one) or find an official theater and ask about auditions there if you want to...

You cannot get into acting by yourself. You need the help of your parents, a mentor, lots of experience and trainiing and an agent in that order. You apparently have none of these, so stop dreaming and do your homework.
