Ohio Players and Pointer Sisters
had songs titled "Fire" the songs were different

U2 released a single called "Fire" in 1981. Bruce Springsteen released one in 1978, as well.

The U2 one goes something like "Falling, falling/The sun is burning black/Falling falling/It's beating on my back . . . "
