Does anypne have any clue what the new $20 phone is called?

I am not sure but for $20 it is more of a prepaid phone through A T&T wireless under the Go Plan. The cell phone is called LG CG180. You pay $39.99 and you will receive a mail in $20 rebate card. Check it out below.
