When I run my Kitchen Disposal the waste comes up my laundry tub.?

This just started happening does anyone know what I can do?

The drain is plugged down line from the laundry tub. The disposer creates a small amount of pressure when it runs and the drain can't take it fast enough. The water and waste will go somewhere, in your case the tub is the path of least resistance. Snake the drain at the laundry tub.

Then you have a clog. Get your garden hose and attach a power nozzle put it down the drain(s) and turn on full blast.
