depends on your style.
if your a prep than go for a black or white collared shirt
if your not
try wearing a wide off shoulder tee shirt
have one on the shoulder and one off the shoulder
and wear a cute bra strap.

Black, white or blue fitted T, sweater, button shirt or blouse.
Add a jacket for slightly dressy look, a hoodie or cardigan for more casual.
Tights, hose with slip ons, moccasins, loafers, or boots.
[ short boots should be same color as tights/hose ].
