Lol...sorry but I do a little bit of all of those! I keep it quiet until I can't handle it, then I get busy doing some work, then I share a little bit with a friend and eat and engage in that self-destructive behavior! Totally stinks!

Self destructive behaviour all the way.
When Im really stressed out, its the only thing that helps. I would prefer something less destructive, but the other options just dont work:(

when things get hardest for me.........I do keep quiet for a while to think things out and then I call my friends to get help and some answers..........and once......or twice..........I did engage in self-destructive behavior

well when i was really really mad at a couple of ppl i took some ecstasy and while i was rolling i was really open with a lot of people and it really really helped me with my frustration soo maybe try talking to close family or friends depends whats your problem
