I would have to split it up,
-North,
-Center,
-South.
-Visit a norther port city such as Al Mina. Also Tripoli and Hermel.
-Then for center visit Beirut, Juniya, Khaldah.
-Then for South visit Sidon and Tyre and Bint Jubayl.
-In those places you must visit, historical sites, such as Roman.
-Religious places. Such as Mosques and Churches.
-Natural and Local life.
See all in 3's. Also remember to support the people. They are still recovering from the terrorists called Israelis. Try to buy from the locals as much as possible. Dress modestly, especially in the South and in Beirut play it safe and carry around a scarf. In case you see a Mosque or Church you can't ignore. Modesty in Churches are still required in Arab countries. Just like in Mosques.

well my lsit started out dirty - becuase my husband is there lol lol lol
but the 3 non-dirty things you must do while there.
i would
1. get in a car and just drive.
2. see the Sea Castle in Saida
3. see the Raouche rocks in Beirut
and there are several others that you should see. thease are jsut a few that no one else has mentioned

From North to South,not to forget the centre and the capital Beirut,every place has it specialty,nice mountains,great weather,green nature,wonderful sea,nightclubs,pubs,shopping,restaurants..Lebanon is still the jewel of the Middle East!

I would just stress on EAT EAT EAT!!!! ;-)
