Bib overalls, a button down plaid shirt with the sleeves torn off. Work boots. Baseball hat with a rebel flag. Go to a costume shop for the tooth thing. I believe it's some sort of wax.

wife beater=(white tank top) tight low rise jeans and a messy looking wig! :) For the teeth you could use black licorice candy or buy the makeup for a pirate w/ black out teeth.

get a plaid sweatshirt
levi jeans or denim(or corduroy jeans)
wear a dirty cap
wear cowboy boots
don't shave your beard or mustache(if you have one)
look sweaty

well my grandpa is aredneck and he always wheres plaid flannel shirts and really ratty jeans usually overalls
