My name is a significant meaning to my father.
My first name is his favorite girlfriends name and my middle name is his high school sweethearts name.
My mom did not find any of this out until I was about 5. Way too late to change my name.

My name is Melody. I don't know if it has a significant meaning. I think it's an English name, and I think it has something to do with music. ;) I'm kidding about not knowing of course. :)
My dad played in a band, and my parents tried to think up music related names for their kids. Except for myself, usually it was a name in a song. As you can tell, I got the most obvious name.

The tremendous power of creation make that name highly significant, who else can cause the sun to warn the entire earth at 93 million miles away, the moon and the stars to light the earth at night, all of this is hanging in the sky upon nothing, should I speak of our vital signs in the body, every thing that God has made has a name, everything that man has made have a name, Man give more credit to man for the small accomplishments that pail in comparison. What is in a name?
