if you keep up with regular maintanance, which means doing partial waterchanges of 25% weekly with a gravel siphon, your fish are going to be fine

Hope that helps
Good luck

The mollies and cardinals are fine - I just hope your mollies are all the same gender, or you'll soon have more than 3 (and that COULD overpopulate your tank!).

The only fish I question is the "sucker" which could mean anything from a 2 inch otocinclus to a juvenile common pleco (which could eventually reach 18 inches). Otos would be okay, even though these will do best if they're in a group of 3+. If a Chinese algae eater, these will do little to eat algae once they mature, and they grow up to be 10" aggressive fish - better to not keep these with anything small and peaceful like the cardinals. Plecos are a mixed group of fish that can be anywhere from 5 inches up as adults. They're fine with most other fish (except another pleco, they'll be territorial), but this will likely outgrow your tank. It may be okay for a while if yours is small, but you'll eventually need to think about upgrading the tank size if you have one of these.

Not as long as you do a regular water change(at least once a week) and test the water regularly for amonia. The more fish in a small tank the more care must be given.

That's fine. If the mollies reproduce, nature will take care of them.
