Definitly, I only missed one pill and I was on Ortho Lo and I was preggo!!! It was the scariest thing, only one pill. Be very careful!!

Same as any other woman trying to make a baby.
Penis in, baby out. Its not rocket science. You can get pregnant while taking the pill like you ought to. Missing a week is just a slightly less effective way of making a baby.

assuming your on the pill, any missed pill stops it from being effective until you have taken it every day for a month after that, so your chances of getting pregnant are quite high, but it depends on when in your cycle you had unprotected sex.
