Find a notebook that you don't need, get an empty garbage can, and sit on your bed throwing balled up paper into the garbage for a while. Then recycle the paper. Try scrubbing something grungy. That works to get out your frustrations sometimes. Try eating something healthy or something absolutely not healthy but that you really like. Call a friend who will let you ***** until you feel better. I hope you feel better.

Ok, violence isn't the answer. Well not to this situation at least. What you need to do is get a copy of my latest album of mood music - "Kickin' back with K-MAC". Star Wars and Star Wars related merchandise should be sacred - destroying these items is actually a federal offense under the new George Lucas Special Powers Law.

Throw a pillow. And break nothing that you will regret later.
Then have a glass of wine in a bubble bath to relax.

A big fat pillow. You won't break anything and it's fun to watch feathers fly every which way.
