i wanted to create a non profit business that sends college students to struggling small business to improve and enhance all aspects of the small business including marketing.... it gives the students a hands on experience and gives the business extra minds to figure out problems.. be honest... what problems will i have.. any suggestion on how to improve or change this idea (i was also thinking of making it a competion between colleges)

Most businesses would not want a young student trying to tell them how to fix their business. They have no experience - how could they fix the business being run by professionals?

The only business owners that would want this would be the extremely cheap or the extremely inept.
I also think that most college students are not so desperate to work for free that they'd "compete" for the privilege of doing it. Most of them have more important things to do.

I believe this is a very good idea in a humaitarian way. However to be honest ,a little bit of renumeration on the company,s
part to cater for small necessary expenses such as fare to and fro would not be a bad consideration....after all the company is aat an advantage because they get all the fresh ideas and profits.

You can't. There is NO such thing as a nonprofit Business.

I doubt if a business, unless it's a mom and pop business, would have an interest.
