Photoshop and illustrators are, as their names imply, designed to make IMAGES, pictures, paitings.
NOT webpages.
So:
- Make nice images with photoshop,
- Write HTML code (the simplest) to put your images on a website.
(or rent a coder to do that part of the job for you)
