Men, would you get a vasectomy so instead of your wife getting her tubes tied? A vasectomy is much less invasive. Yes, I know there are oral birth control and condoms, but if you're married with 3 kids and know you don't want anymore children, and don't wanna have to deal with birth control would you go under the knife instead of your wife.?

Yes, as a matter of fact I did. A vasectomy is considered a minor operation compared to a woman getting her tubes tied, is usually done in a doctor's office, only results in a few days of discomfort and there are no bad effects later.. It is the best option if you are certain you don't want any more children.

Hell yes, and I would do it again if I had to. I know a lot of men that did. They did it because it is cheaper, and simpler than getting the wife's' tubes tied. The recovery time for a vasectomy is 2-5 days, and on a woman the recovery time is 3-5 weeks.
I got mine 20 years ago, but never had kids.

My husband did, because of the fact that a vasectomy can be done under local anesthesia in an out patient setting. A tubal ligation is more involved and requires general anesthesia, is more painful and a longer recovery. It is also a great deal more expensive. It does not affect your sex drive in any way.

No I would not. And I would not want to have my wife tubes tied. No pills either. I have opted to use condoms in our sex life permanently. The day after her period, I'll go bareback...and pull out close to orgasm. The next day...back to condoms.
And condoms keep me less sensitive. If you read my last answer with you...you know that sensitivity is sometimes an issue for me...lol.
And the way she scream during during sex...I don't think she has a problem with condoms either ;)

Go for it, if you are done having kids, then you should, it's much easier for a male than for a female.

You could have had her tubes tied when she had her last baby. So suck up and let the doc go snip, snip.
