Drano, let it sit, then pour hot water in it.....Do it again, if it does not work the first time. also maybe you have to use a snake. There are numerous others chemicals.
Why not check the Internet out.....just type.... chemicals for
cleaning blocked drains and toilets.....You should get several answers.

No chemicals needed. Get your garden hose, attach a power nozzle, stick it down the drain and have someone outside turn it on full blast. Works great 90% of the time.

Use 2 or 3 buckets of hot water i did that with **** n span cleaner plus mr clean and it seems to unblock something down the drain

Some are acid like sulfuric acid. Others are alkaline like lye. I think they are all hard on metal pipes too.
