1. 15-20 gallon tank with screen top.
2. Non-adhesive shelf liner or reptile carpet or paper towels as substrate. Never use calci sand or any other loose substrate!
3. Under tank heat mat.
4. Digital probe thermometer to measure bottom of tank temp on warm side. Should be 88-91. Use a dimmer switch or thermostat to control temps.
5. 3 hide boxes. One on cool end, one on warm end and a moist on warm end. Fill moist box with sphagnum moss or paper towels and keep misted. This is a must to help with shedding.
6. Water bowl.
7. Stuff to climb on.
8. Crickets and mealworms of appropriate size for age of leo. Insects must be properly gutloaded and dusted with calcium powder 2-3 times a week and a vitamin multi supplement once a week. See this site for detailed care:

Anywhere from a 20-30 gallon tank will last all life. Crickets every other day will make your leopard gecko happy. If you type in leopard gecko in any search engine, you will get countless caresheets that will provide more detailed info than I could in one answer.

they are relatively easy to care for just feed it appropriate sized vitamin dusted crickets (or mealworms) every other day(every day for juveniles) keep the hot side at 88-91 degrees and cool side 75-82 degrees(no lower than 75 degrees) chang the water and moisten the humid hide daily
