I really like Patrick Wolf's voice. Especially in the song Childcatcher. It's a disturbing song, but he sounds damn sexy. I also love the voices of Cedric Bixler-Zavala, of The Mars Volta, Dave Gahan, of Depeche Mode, Lacey Mosley, of Flyleaf, and Maynard James Keenan, of Tool.

Andrew Eldritch - Sisters of Mercy
Peter Steele - Type O Negative

I'm usually not too fond of really deep voices, but they just make it sound so..wow.
Rich and creamy hehe.

Plus, there's a noise that Steele makes in the song "Christian Woman" that makes me blush [and more] every time. It's the little.. groan after the line "and between her thighs", if you ever hear the song, ha.

Most of the bands i listen to that have female vocalists are quite heavy, and it's hard to be sexy while singing with such aggressiveness.
I think Kat Bjelland's voice is cute though.

I don't listen to him, but Barry White's voice,
it's just....wow.
And then Brian May.
I mean, in Queen, you can't compare to Freddie Mercury's voice, or Roger Taylor hitting those high notes,
but Brian May's voice gives me goosebumps.

EDIT
Ooh, how did I forget?
David Bowie's voice radiates Sexiness.
It makes you forget about his weird lyrics,
'and the spiders from mars'
'with only a beer light to guide us'
'so where were the spiders?'
