I'd say "My Back Pages" as done by the Ramones to keep my punk image 8). And plus it's a decent cover, but how could you go wrong mixing two greats like The Ramones and Bob Dylan?

I really like the White Stripes version of "One More Cup of Coffee".

My favourite is probably Jeff Buckley's rendition of "If You See Her, Say Hello" on the album Live at Sin e. All of his Bob Dylan covers are amazing, "Mama, You Been on My Mind" is probably a close second for me.

hmm, the choices! ive gotta say Mr. Tamborine Man by the Byrds, though. All Along the watchtower by Jimi Hendrix comes in a close second :)

Everyone has a different cover, but mine today would be Jerry Garcia's cover of "Señor, tales of Yankee power." Jerry sings this towards the end of his life, and it captures the lyrics better than Dylan's version does. Its absolutely magical.
