I need a UNIQUE AND ORIGINAL Halloween costume--Please HELP?

Question

The costume has to be for a guy, and its for a school contest so it needs to be clean. Im thinking about something like gum under a shoe or a deviled egg. So something along those lines. Thanks in advance for the help.
P.S I have $200 ridding on this so the more help the better!!

I saw 2 guys in college-one wore pink and had a stool on his head-a piece of gum. The other was of black descent and was covered in tin foil. I asked him what he was-he said;"Baby,either I'm a giant dingdong-or the biggest piece of hashish you ever saw"-(good line anyway.) I saw a girl with blonde hair-all in white with a giant hairy hand around her waist-Faye Ray in King Kong. The wierd imaginative ones are always the best! At a "dead celebrity" party I loved the dollar bill the most-as the market had just crashed at the time. Maybe something wierd like that! Anyway-probably didn't help-but hope you have fun!

how about a potted plant? Buy one of those big plastic pots the color of real terracotta, and cut out the bottom, so he can step into it. Use straps so it can hang from his shoulders. Wear brown pants and a long-sleeve green shirt with big fake leaves (or real, I guess) attached all over it. Spike up his hair with gel, spray it green, and bobby pin more leaves to his hair-do. have fun. I love goofy halloween costumes.

I personally like this one....
Nick Nolte Mug Shot: Wear a Hawaiian shirt. Put tons of gel and baby oil in your hair and blow dry it upside down making it look as crazy as possible. Hang a small sign around your neck that says "Nolte, Nick" with a case number.

Here's another good one: Sick as a Dog: Dress up in a bathrobe. Have tissues and medicine sticking out of your pockets, thermometer in your mouth, icepack for your head, etc. Make dog ears and a tail out of brown cloth and wear a dog collar that says "Spike" or something.

What about a movie-theatre floor? Wear an all-black outfit consisting of black sweatpants and and a black t-shirt. Then, glue un-buttered popcorn, big-gulp-type cups, candy boxes, peices of candy, ticket stubs, gum, loose change, peices of hair (like doll-hair), etc. Make yourself look like a disgusting movie-theatre floor!
