Some people refer to Christians as Xtians. "X" is a symbol for Christ, from the Greek letter chi (shaped like an X). Sort of like some people refer to Christmas as Xmas.

I'm not sure about Xtian, but Altruistic means doing something unselfish with no thought of personal gain.
