Just before the book starts, Lupin and Tonks got married. Within the first few chapters we see the only wedding in the book, Bill and Fleurs. Between the final chapter and the epilogue, Harry marries Ginny, Ron marries Hermione, and Draco Malfoy marries someone who we're never given a name for.
All these weddings produce children whom we either get a chance to meet (or at least catch a glimpse of) or whom we are told exsist. Lupin and Tonk's marriage produce their only child Teddy Lupin. Harry and Ginny's marriage produce three children, two boys and a girl. In order of birth they are James, Albus Severus, and Lily Potter. Ron and Hermione's marriage produce a daughter and a son. Again in order of birth their Rose and Hugo Weasley. The only child we know of for Bill and Fleur (we don't know the names of any other children if they have any) is their daughter Victoire. And Malfoy has a son name Scorpius.
Rowling has also said in an interview after the book came out that George had a son he named Fred.
