No. I believe it should be, "You are to reach your audience in a high class and professional way."

Why not try something like, "You are sure to reach your audience in an educated manner," or substitute 'educated' for 'professional.' Or, use commas for both; "You are sure to reach your audience in an educated, professional manner."
