i am not Egyptian, but i am a Muslimah married to an Egyptian...loool does this count...i love hanging with Egyptian anyways...it helps me to understand more of my husband Amr... plus i want 2 learn the Masr dialect more insha'Allah...walla i need a teacher!

Hey, your situation is similar my own for I am an Australian married to an Egyptian.
I have not had a lot of interaction with other Egyptian women except for my husbands friends wives and my sisters in law so I understand what you mean.
But through this section I have found myself surrounded by the genuine and caring support and friendship of my Egyptian sisters.
In this Egypt section I have found that I am totally accepted as one of "the family".
I am positive that you will also find yourself surrounded by genuine extensions of acceptance and friendship and others too, will add you to thier contacts.

It doesn't really matter if yr Egyptian or not, i don't think it matters to any of us, as for the dialect, stick around we have some very nice teachers here too lol.
