They could take you to small claims court but most likely they won't do anything.

They won't take legal action. That makes no sense. They should just tack on an over-the-limit fee and increase your interest rate and/or payment.

You don't say that you are behind in your payments. If you are delinquent, then yes, they might sue you. If you are maxed out on a credit card, why on earth would you charge more? Do you also write checks when you have no money in the bank? Bad ideas. It ends up costing you a fortune and ruining your credit.

There's nothing disallowing a credit card company from billing you over their allowed maximum. They still have a right to collect what you charged on the card. They may take you to small claims court for a judgment, and then use that judgment to garnish your wages or even your checking account.

The CAN take legal action; but, they probably won't. They will send you letters acknowledging that you owe them money. If you don't pay, they will eventually sell your account to a collection agency, and then you will start getting collection letters from that agency. If you continue to ignore your financial obligation, the collection agency will begin calling your home telephone, beginning at 8 a.m. every day.

Neglecting to pay your obligation will negatively impact your credit rating.

They're going to force you into sexual phone slavery. First, they'll beat you into submission and break your will. Next thing you know, you'll be servicing 20 and sometimes 30 men a day over the phone. You'll constantly think of how your life once was on the other end. That's how it happens.

Good luck man.

Offer to make payments into their sperm bank.

lol.

Send them a letter offering to pay them a pound a week for a year. They'll soon get tired of asking.
