No, you shouldnt...
You are spending money you dont have to begin with, why are you compounding it by charging restaurant bills.. and then a TIP on top of that??...
Thats just plain foolish....and you are headed for a world of hurt where your credit is concerned...

Leave a tip. Don't go to a restaurant if you can't afford the total cost, which includes tips.

If you can't afford to eat out - don't. It's much cheaper to buy food and cook it yourself.

of course, if the service was good. a good waiter/waitress works to damn hard to earn that tip. they're counting on it and they deserve it.
