Knowledge comes from learning, reading, studying. Wisdom comes from experience - good and bad.

Knowledge comes from study, observation and experience but wisdom is knowing what to do with all this knowledge. Wisdom is the greater of the two because knowledge without wisdom is futile but wisdom is a gift from the hand of God.

Wisdom is knowing that knowledge is necessary but not sufficient.

Wisdom is the supreme state of an intellect that knows much, cares much and gives generously to all who sincerely ask for help. TWH

Learning is an experience & any distinction between them is not pertinent here in relation to Knowledge or Wisdom.

Knowledge is facts, science. Cold, hard things that can't be voted on or debated very much. In knowledge, either is or it isn't.

Wisdom is something one can learn only from living their lives. Wisdom is the knowing what knowledge means in the context of the world.

Knowledge is knowing there was an earthquake in a major metropolitan area. Wisdom is understanding that there will be alot of people that will need to be taken care of.

The word "knowledge" is related to fact. If a thing is knowledge then it is not a mystery. The gift of the word of knowledge deals with what exists, whether it is in the past or in the present. "Knowledge" without God is a recipe for disaster. We simply cannot and will not survive without a clear moral direction

Wisdom has to do with that which is unborn, or in the future. They are all straight to him who right to those find knowledge, Take my instruction instead of silver, and knowledge rather than choice gold; for wisdom is better than jewels, and all that you may desire cannot compare with her. Proverbs 2.

Wisdom is the ability to learn from your mistakes and the mistakes of others, in part. It is being able to "know" that we are responsible for our own lives and respecting that others are responsible for theirs.
Knowledge is what we gain from exposure to ideas. USING that knowledge to benefit ourselves (in a positive way) and mankind is wisdom. Good question.

WIsdom is a gift given never to the high and mighty....you can have a lot of knowledge but be ignorant in the important things in life.
