Dumbledore has never been fazed by Voldemort. He was the one who could always see through him. He was someone Voldemort had no control over. That frightened Voldemort more than anything. He could never be sure what Dumbledore was doing/up to/planning to do, because Dumbledore never reacted in the way that Voldemort expected him to act, like everyone else did. He made Voldemort feel a loss of control, and that was all Voldemort wanted anyway.

The first time Tom Riddle met Dumbledore, Dumbledore was already an adult wizard and very powerful. Tom was used to terrorizing his fellow students, but he knew Dumbledore could do everything he could and more.

As time went on he found there was no way he could hoodwink Dumbledore and Dumbledore had the power to end his life at Hogwarts. He also learned Dumbledore knew even more than he did about magic. With the exception of the horcruxes, Dumbledore DID know more.

Although he didn't know that Dumbledore had the Elder Wand, he did know he couldn't beat him in a fair fight. Mentally he was beaten before he ever started.

To start with, Dumbledore has always been an authority figure in Voldemort's life, and one who sees beneath Voldemort's defenses to the real person.

Of course, after Voldemort rises, Dumbledore is at the fore of his enemies. That he never takes Voldemort as anything but an equal (maybe), calling him "Tom" and acts towards him like a student who doesn't quite have the answer yet, is another reason he has fear of Dumbledore.

Finally, when we see them come to grips at the end of OotP, We see Voldemort going all out and Dumbledore defends himself and counterattacks in almost a lazy fashion. It is clear that one-on-one, Dumbledore is easily Voldemort's equal if not his superior.

Voldemort could not Love. It was the most powerful force against him and Dumbledore had nothing but Love for people, even former Death Eaters like Severus Snape. Voldemort was not necessarily afraid of Dumbledore, but the Love Dumbledore possessed. Re-read the epilogue of book seven for a better explanation.

Because Voldemort knew that Dumbledore was not only the most powerful wizard in the world but also a wizard that knew that Voldemort was lying and was suspicious. Dumbledore didn't succumb to Tom Riddle's charm and weirded him out.

Becuase unlike everybody else, Dumbledore was the only one who wasn't afraid and intimidated by him. Dumbledore saw Voldemort as an insecure bully, nothing more.

Because he knew Dumbledore was a very powerful wizard who might not be able to kill him but could do him serious damage. He also knew Dumbledore was very influential in the wizarding world and could make life very difficult for his cause and recruiting new Death Eaters/sympathisers.
