If you keep saying it then I would guess they will have to do something about it because it's the rule. You shouldn't bring it to every ones attention if you don't want them to know.

You are only suspended if enough people report you for using offensive language.
Yahoo doesn't really seem to do anything about people being under 13 or if you are using their system to commit fraud.

why are you so scared? you'll have much scarier things happen in life. I dont think you get kicked off. yahoo is automated, it's not smart enough to figure it out. and you might be lying when you say you're twelve.

however there is a reason for the age limit!! there are things on here that you shouldn't be reading about and I don't think your mom would like that too much.
