Depending on the year of manufacture either the local wrecking yard or the local Buick dealer. The wrecking may be cheaper but I'd check the price with both to make sure.

GM Dealer, salvage yards. the dealer will always be more expensive though, call all the salvage yards, some yards even take the part off for you.
