Free yourself from the distractions. Find a nice quiet place where a lot of people aren't around. Shut off things like the T.V., but if you feel it's too quiet play some soft music. Study in short spurts like maybe 20 minutes with a 5 or 10 minute break. Pace yourself and never wait until the last minute. I hope this helps!

The best thing to help concentration is to go to a health food store and for something like $5 get some DMAE. this has been used for many years by those who know about it, is all natural with no side effects, and it will help both memory and concentration. You can't even really tell you took it because there is not taste, no real affects at all other than the fact that you will find your memory improved and concentration much better. Good luck on the exams.

First, go to a quiet place in your house even if its in the wash room, if you really want to concentrate... Chocolates can work very well too but make sure that you don't overeat because your stomach will be the one who will work and not your brain... Nuts are effective too... Drink lots of water for it brings more oxygen to your brain and it will make your brain regulate properly and well.... Put your cellphones, iPod or computer or anything that can distract you away... Inform your family and your textmates that you are studying and need to concentrate and they should not disturb you... And finally, focus on your sudies... Make notes while you are reviewing ... they are effective for the words you write are registered in you rmemory then it will be stored there even if you don't notice it, and you will do great in your exam.... Ask also your teacher if you can eat chocolates while writing your exam, i always eat my chocolates when i write the exam...

I'm ADHD and I find it easier to read and study if I have music and earphones. The music blocks out all other distractions and it is easier to fight off the one distraction of the music than the many distractions you hear without it. I thought it sounded crazy until I tried it.

Ask a friend to come over and play a study game. Here's an example of one:
Basketball
-Ask your friend a question from the subject you're studying
-If your friend gets the question right, he/she gets one point and she gets to shoot a basket. If he/she makes it, they get another point. If not, they only get one point. If they get the question wrong, that is the end of their turn
-Have your friend ask you a question and repeat the same process
-Keep score, and see who wins at the end.
It's a fun and easy way to study. Just make sure you look hard over the questions you get wrong because that's the most important thing you need to focus on. Form a study group to make it even more fun.

First, you got to DE-stress yourself... Loosen up a bit... (you have your way) Then only you start your revising..
