but i mean that he hadn't so much talent at all and it is disrespective that he has held the Championship and some other greats didn't..
You must name a guy that he shouldn't have held the title and a guy that he didn't held it but he deserved it...

- Disrespectfull Champion: Vinnie Mc. That piece of crap made it work.
- Shouldn't Held it: John Cena. No comment.
- Deserved it: Owen Hart. I can't believe Owen didn't held that damn belt, but We've got some stupid rapper holding it for over one year. (I'm pissed the hell off).
WCW Title

- Deserved it: Stevie Ray. He could gave us a hell of a match in the main event. But he was never pushed. That sucks!

WWE- Vince McMahon never should have. Both Rowdy Roddy Piper and Owen Hart deserved a title run.
WCW- David Arquette never should have. Chris Jericho, Roddy Piper and Scott Hall should have had a title runs.
ECW- Vince McMahon, again. What an ego! As for ECW, probably Lance Storm, Mick Foley or Chris Benoit. Dreamer also deserved a real run.

WWE - Vince McMahon held it but Owen Hart never did.
WCW - You already mentioned Arquette so: Kevin Nash (one of the most untalented wrestlers ever) held it but Nikita Koloff never did.
ECW - Vince McMahon again. It's a crime Tommy Dreamer never held it (the five minutes he had it in 2000 doesn't count).

WWE Title-John Cena, most of the fans, including me, think he just killed the way the belt looked. the spinner was cool, but it isnt the same as it once was. you could have modified it but they did it alittle to much.
WCW Title- im not sure, i didnt watch much wcw. :/
ECW title- in wwe, mr. mcmahon. sure he owns it now, but just wow.
