okay during the summer my sister freakin splashed water on me and i slipped on the wood floor and BROKE two of my teeth. i was crying. a LOT. not because of the pain but because i didn't wanna get fake teeth. and then i had to get two root canals. and i can get the tooth crowns whenever i want but a part of me doesn't want to. i kinda want to keep them how they are, just so they can be like a small flaw i have or something, you know? i really really don't wanna get crowns.

these are pics of my teeth

do you think i would be okay just leaving them how they are for a while? or do you think they look extremely terrible and i just must get them fixed asap?

oh yeah and the pics are really hideous, but don't worry i don't always look that bad. i've been sitting in bed playing computer games all day so my hairs an extreme mess and my lips are super chapped. and the angles aren't too pleasant either.

You are too cute for color TV. I think your teeth are fine. Plus they will be a constant reminder to your sister.

You appear to have an open & edge to edge bite. If it is affordable to you, I strongly recommend you see an orthodontist and get a consult and treatment plan; usually these are complimentary, but not always. By fixing your bite (how your teeth come together) now, you will save a lot of money in fixing them later in life. When teeth are not aligned properly, more pressure on teeth can cause them to wear away prematurely among countless other issues.

They don't look THAT bad, but they don't look great. Um, I broke 2 of my front teeth too. one of them was wicked bad, and the other was just a small chip. I went to the dentist and i got a bond on the really bad one. You couldn't even see the other one. The bond fell of 3 times though, but you can't even tell that I broke my tooth in the first place. Everyone compliments me on how nice they look. So, ask your dentist about a bond or something. In the meantime, don't worry about it at all.

Your teeth are very nice and I can see why you don't want to mess with them. It looks adorable, you're right.

The question would be whether the broken parts are protected or not. If the dentist doesn't think they'll rot from the enamel being busted....then keep them. You can get the crowns when you're 30 if you want them.

since you've had the root canals, the painful part is done, getting the crowns will not hurt, if that is the issue..... also, since you've had root canals, the tooth, is basically dead, and over time, will break and wear down .... I would get the crowns or veneers if they decide to do it that way, you'll have a beautiful smile.

I actually have a fave song band stated as Thursday and the lead singers tooth are not suited, yet you be attentive to what.. that's nice by utilising me and facilitates me be attentive to that if people prefer to choose me, then bypass forward. i don't quite care approximately others comments besides till they are beneficial or useful cristiscm.

honey, I know a woman who's upper front teeth are totally rotted away and I had some route canals too and I had to get crowns so that I wouldn't have any problems with them. If your dentist says that you can go without them then you can if you want since they don't look that bad to me.

if you wouldn't have said anything I probably wouldn't have noticed. But someone surely will eventually. If you are self conscious about it, get them fixed. There is an enamel dentists can use to attach to your real teeth to build-up that portion which is missing. My friend got it and you'd never know they were half fake!

When I was 8 I broke off my two front teeth and had them capped. When I was done growing they had to be replaced and have had them ever since. They look just fine. Go for it.
