What is the CB and EX thing on the side of the laptop, it is on the left side closest to you and it has 4 square things in it?

The thing pulls out and then you see the 4 squares. This thing is on mostly every laptop so it does not matter what brand of laptop it is on.

I just guessing headphone and microphone inputs, but, they round.
But, it is Saturday night here. I better drink another beer and look again. Soon mine may look square.

It would help a lot if you would give us even the tiniest clue as the the brand and model of the laptop.
