its really hard for me to breath it feels like i have to gasp for air and like the air is really thick..also tiny breaths of air make me feel like ive sucked in a whole lung full of air its horrible and i dont know what to do to ease the discomfort its even worse when im sleeping..my baby hasnt dropped yet

the only thing that will relieve the discomfort is the baby dropping or being delivered...most pregnant women go through the same thing, i certainly did...good luck with your delivery and the remainder of your pregnancy!!!

Have you been checked by a doctor? I sometimes feel like there isn't enough room for my lungs to expand but the air feeling thick sounds like congestion to me. Pregnant women can have chronic inflammation of the lungs and sinuses if it is bad enough you would need to take some medication.

because baby is still high up, affecting your lung capacity. same thing happened to my gf. just chill out. relax, put your feet up and be cool

ugh- i HATED those days.

I really dont know what to tell you. Do some cat backs and squats to reposition the baby and open the pelvis- it might encourage him/her to drop.

uuugh iam so so sorry i absolutely dreaded those days.

it's probably all that mass compressing your lungs until you slowly suffocate.
