This happened to my Sansha Canvas ones. I haven't lost the whole thing but the left side of it is like in the shoe...you know what I mean?

Heres a pic (I took it with my webcam, so not very good quality)

See where my left hand index finger is, thats where the other side of the string is.

How do I get it back?

(Haha, they're so dirty-theres nothing like a good, old dirty pair of flats!)

You may have to pull the string right the way out first.
Then loop the end through something like a bobby-pin.
This you can then feed through the hem, bunching it up.
Then grip the front of the pin, & pull the hem back.

One way to get it back is to pull te whole string out, then pin a small saftey pin to end and re-feed it/re-thread it through the whole. Once you've gotten it all the what through, be sure to tie a knot in the end to reduce the chances of a repeat performance.

You need to get a safety pin and stick it into the part that the drawstring is in and slowly try to move it by sticking in the safety pin and scooting it towards the end. If all else fails then I cant help you.

just squish the section of the shoe to to where the drawstring is and pull it out

if that doesn't make sense sorry

I got someone to do it for me but most likely you would have to buy a new pair

basically what other people have been taking it...take it out and use a small safety pin to help you feed it back through. its happened to me before...so just to let you know...at the back...by the heel theres the seam, right? well you're gonna have to use a seam ripper there to be able to do it

YOU HAVE TWO CHOICES HON, 1 YOU COULD TRY WITH A PLAIN BOBBY PIN, PULL THE LACE COMPLETELY OUT AND TIE A SMALL KNOT IN THE END AND INSERT THE LACE BETWEEN THE TWO PRONGS OF THE BOBBY PIN. AND WORK IT THROUGH THE HOLE FOR THE LACE IN THE SHOE. 2. GET A SMALL PIECE OF WIRE AND TRY TO FISH IT OUT, IF THAT DON'T WORK AGAIN TIE A KNOT IN THE LACE, AND FORM A SMALL LOOP AT THE END OF THE WIRE WHICH WILL ENCLOSE THE LACE AND WORK THE WIRE THROUGH AND THE WIRE WILL PUT THE LACE THROUGH....SIMPLE AS THAT.

Try using a crochet hook. They come in different sizes and are cheap to buy. You can grab the string with the hook and pull it back through.

take a safety pin, poke it through and "fish" the draw string back around to the opening.
