There has been 3 that I know of that had babies after thinking now that they were totally safe and SURPRISE for them. The first two were from the States and both were quite surprised. The first one was 65 years old and the second one was 68 years of age and then there was one from England. The two from the States was a big to-do and both women had gone full term and both delivered with no problems. I believe the Lady from England went full term also and all 3 of the babies and women are doing happy and doing quite well.
So, it looks like surprises and blessings still come in all kinds of shapes and forms and some even scream for a bottle.

I suppose ANYTHING is possible, have you finished menopause yet?

But then again, what DID your husband cook? It could be his cooking too.

I didn't know I was pregnant for almost 5 months. I thought my cooking was making me sick. The usual "what are we having for dinner" was usually the fire department. The fire department gave me a cook book for heavens sake. It was long before microwaves and if it said cook on slow for 3 hours, I figured HIGH would get 'er done faster.

If you want a grin from your husband, have him go to the drugstore and purchase a pregnancy test, watch his reaction!!! LOL

For me, if I found out I was pregnant, I would look for the nearest bridge to jump off of, the teen years with the boys left a LASTING impression, I am still twitching from those years.....LOL

My dad was 63 when my brother was conceived, he had just retired, my mom wanted him to take up golf or fishing, but guess what became his hobby?

Some women are lucky enough to retain their youth beyond the years of most. Of course it is possible to get pregnant at that age. You will know soon enough. I didn't start showing any physical signs of aging until I went through menopause. It began in my 30's and ended in my 40's. I wasn't so lucky. On the good side, lol, I got my mind back and realized I had been insane most of my life. Good old hormones.
So, little Suzie, if you are having morning sickness, I don't know what to say. lol I don't know what I would do. I'm 50 and the thought of that happening to me is too much to think of. I raised 4 and that's enough for me. haha All joking aside, it can happen and does all the time.

If you're in good health and your periods are still regular then yes you could be pregnant! If you've not stopped having periods there's no reason why you couldn't be. There have been women in their sixties who have delivered healthy babies but some of them were through IVF so it would be very rare for a lady of your years to have got pregnant naturally. Are you secretly hoping you are and what would your hubby think about becoming a parent at his age......assuming he is around your age and that you've not got yourself a toy boy that is!! If it was your husbands cooking and you've got food poisoning you wouldn't just be having morningtime sickness you'd be throwing up at all times of the day and probably have the squits too. Wondering now if Congratulations are in order! We'll be glad it's you and not us lol. Children are a blessing but there is a limit to that statement.

There was a Csarina in Russia (I forget which one) who gave birth almost 30 times through her married life..the last one being at the age of 60 something. And a lot of those births were multiples--twins and triplets.

Also there was a 64 year old woman in England who gave birth a few years ago. She conceived naturally, and gave birth without trouble. I remember seeing her on a couple of talk shows from the U.S. channels.

So, yes, it is possible as long as you have not COMPLETED menopause.

I would suggest a quick visit to your doctor where either a urine or blood pregnancy test can be done right there in the office.

unfortunately , yes...if you have not gone through menopause, it is entirely possible, has happened before..the oldest on record that I know of was 67...just recently, a 60 + year old woman gave birth...read about it in the papers...Please do not go kill yourself...I would say it was a gift from God, but really, I don't lie that well. Get a test done now... Good luck, and hopefully, it is your husband's cooking. Peace, Goldwing

If you are serious, I will answer you.
Have you been thru menopause yet?
Have you stopped having periods?
How long ago?
If you are no longer having periods, there's no way you can become pregnant naturally.
If you were implanted, maybe but I
doubt you could carry it.
If you are having pressure in your
uterus, I would recommend a visit
to the Gyn. Something could be
growing inside you that is not a baby.

If you've gone through menopause dear, you're not pregnant.

The only 63 year old woman I heard of having a baby is one in Italy I think, who got the docs to implant and fertilizeher eggs.

At 53, the thought of having to run after little ones , including great neices or great nephews makes me shiver and not with anticipation.

It may be your hubby's cooking, but I really doubt you're pregnant. Better have the doc check you out tho.

I would go to the doctor for sure as anything is possible. I did do some research for you and this is what I came up with. (They didn't want anyone over 55 years old.)

LOS ANGELES (CNN) -- A 63-year-old woman who lied about her age in order to be eligible for fertility treatment gave birth late last year to a healthy baby daughter -- making her the oldest woman on record to give birth, doctors said Wednesday.

Wasn't there a Spanish or Italian woman last year who gave birth and she was in her 60's. Then again, didn't she have fertility treatment to get pregnant? "Ho-la, No Habla Espanol?" (I haven't a clue but I think that asks if you speak Spanish, lol:-D). It's your hubbie's cooking, unless there is something you want to tell us? Hehehe
