Ram Question ! Should I upgrade?

I have 1gb of DDR2 RAM. I run Object Dock and Desktop X and Windows XP, Office 2007, and i video/audio edit. I have a RAM METER and with only running my core programs. (windows, Object dock and Desktop X) i use 43% of my RAM.

Should I upgrade???

Yes, you are nearly using half. For more efficiency you should upgrade. If you plan to upgrade to Windows Vista you will probably want double what you have now.

Your PC is just fine. Adding more RAM would just be unnecessary expense.
