How about Mia Grace and Kia Rose? Nice. Kaya could possibly end up being called Kay for short. If you like Kay then I guess that would be all right.

I love both names! First off, Rose is the all encompassing middle name. It goes with anything. And I also love Kaya because it reminds me of the album of the same name by Bob Marley.
