I am involved in the Detroit real estate market - I have been hearing from 1 to 4 years before it is back ?

I have no idea. But I suspect, so goes the big 3, so goes the Detroit real estate market. Do you think the big 3 will have turned around their fortunes in 1 - 4 years?? I certainly hope so, but their strategic moves to this point have not impressed me.

The auto industry, at least here in the states, seems to be a dying industry. Wish I were more positive about them, but capitalism has winners & losers. And to this point the detroit auto makers seem like LOSERS.
