Siobhan, by far. It's Celtic cool. :)
Nicole is stuck in the 1970s and 80s. Morgan is okay, but not as appealing as the lovely Siobhan.

Siobhan is gorgeous ... and don't listen to someone obviously unfamiliar and bastardize it to "Shivonne" or something. LOL There's absolutely nothing wrong with spelling a classic name correctly. ;)
Morgan would be my next pick, but I prefer the strictly feminine Morgana or Morrigan forms (the latter is a separate Irish name, actually).
Nicole is a bit too dated for my taste, and doesn't exactly have the obvious Celtic feel of the other choices, so easily my least favorite here.

Really like Siobhan. It's unusual and she will have fun telling silly people like me how its pronounced. (Character in Rebus novels called this - only realised I was reading it wrong when I saw the first televised series!) Note however, this character's name was shortened to 'Shiv.' Would you be happy with that?
Would prefer not Morgan - too much like a car or shortened version of Morgana - evil witch of childhood stories!
Bet she'll still be a sweet baby what ever she's called.

Siobhan is gorgeous - and absolutely keep the original spelling. Irish names should be kept intact as much as possible ;)
