Fire is an almost unstoppable force by mans current means. The fire can jump multilane highways and major watercourses. Firebreaks need to be dozens of yards wide to be of any use. Clear leaves and debris from gutters and yards. Stay with your house to assist putting out a small fire in your home before it becomes a large fire. Don't build right up to the bush, allow a firebreak area. Build with concrete, stone or bricks instead of wood in fire prone areas. castrate or incinerate all arsonists. Soldiers and prisoners make lousy firefighters - stick to what you are trained for.

Well, i would learn that mother nature, is 1 powerful woman, she does anything she wants to, and people do things and more people do more things that are wrong and these people must be doing something wrong ( everyone agrees California has the most people living in 1 state in the u.s.a, now everyone doesn't understand that global warming is here, it's been all over the news, and everyone using expensive cars, and hummers, hummers get like 12-14 miles per gallon, so that's like 3-4 trips to Wal-Mart and back, lol, but all these bad carbon fumes, were giving off is destroying out o-zone, and mother nature isn't happy about that) And what's happening? Mother nature is getting angry, she isn't a person that does things to get back at u , but she is the kinda person that tells u that what u are doing is wrong and u should stop it, because its gonna come up and bite u on the butt later in life (bites our children, and children's children's in the butt when they grow up)

The message that i get is that global warming is real and that we need to take it very seriously because these natural disasters are far from over. This is just the beginning and America needs to take the initiative and start investing money in research to find a solid alternative to oil.
