"Stuart" by The Dead Milkmen (edit: OK - I guess that one doesn't count since it was intended to be funny)
I guess I'll have to go with Styx's "Come Sail Away" then ... I'll say that South Park is largely responsible for that, though :)

The Flaming Lips - Be My Head
Frank Zappa - Bobby Brown
Tenacious D - Tribute
Mr. T Experience - Even Hitler Had A Girlfriend
Edit: Nice call Mach, "Stuart" is fantastic. The one by the Milkmen that makes me smile the most is probably "Surfing Cow"

"When Smokey Sings" by ABC This song always makes me smile even when I'm sad, its a feel good song.
"Be Near Me" by ABC, its hard not to listen to this song and not feel good. The little beat in this song makes my heart go pitter-patter.
"Come Fly With Me" by Frank Sinatra cause I'm a flight attendant who loves to daydream of love in the skies and the old days when flying was glamorous....
"Lips Like Sugar" by Echo and The Bunnymen, cause its my song!! This would be the title track to my life's soundtrack!!

All I Really Want To Do by Bob Dylan. When I was a kid, I went around singing that song all the time...how he sings "All I really want to do..." always made me laugh and it still makes me smile to this day.

Sex and Violence by Carnivore. It's so mean spirited and sexist that it's deeply hilarious. I'm sure it wasn't meant to be that way!
