I do not try to change the world in big ways just by touching those around me in little ways...
My hero is St. Theresa of the Little Flower.
Peace.

It may sound cheesy, but changing the world actually is my goal. It is the reason I am willing to put myself through another 6-8 years of grad school. As a political Science major I figure if I can change the way our country is being handled at all levels of government, that would give us quite a head start on changing the world.

I try to do something kind everyday. I wish it would catch on. I go visit the elderly. I donate extra food to the food pantry from my pantry once a month. I help strangers. I let people out in front of me in traffic. If I am in line at the market and I have a full basket and they have a few items I let them go ahead. I volunteer at the hospital. I go read to children at the library. I collect coats to take to the homeless. I buy scraps of fleece to make scarfs all year long and I take them to the homeless shelters at Christmas so they can all get a new scarf. I try to make a difference.

I will have to rent it....Yes I try really hard to be kind to everyone, as long as they don't hurt someone I care about, then it is tough. But its also the nature of my job, so I have people who mistakenly think I am wonderful all week long....and I know they are mistaken, but its still nice to know some of them appreciate it!!! Pay it forward and all!! Goin out, have a good night!!!!

I think giving just one person respect by smiling at them and holding the door for them or by saying a quick hello or good morning is a great start. By doing so this makes them feel good and remembered causing them to do the same to someone else.

be kind to people, smile when you see them, hold the door open for them, say thank you or excuse me, let them ahead of you in traffic, small little random things that no one thinks of. Just a small thing like that can turn into something more.

I saw the movie to and I enjoyed it also
