No. Brodeur is still the standard by which all current goalies are judged. Every player has some rough stretches, but you can't give up on a guy like Marty. He always gets better as the season goes on.

You know..............if Brodeur was getting blown out of games like he was last year - I would say...sure.

But he's not, his pace is roughly the same as last year - and until tonight he has yet to play at home.......and so far, he has stopped 14 of 15 shots tonight.

I'm thinking the fact that Brodeur is one of the best of all time, and Weekes isn't even close...that the Devils should stick with Brodeur.

Let's see.. one guy is a multiple vezina winning goalie with 3 stanley cup championships.. and will in all likelihood retire as the career leader in wins and shutouts.. and the other guy is

Yeah, why not? It is not like the current starter is the reigning Vezina trophy winner or anything. Let's give the reins to the career back-up instead. I mean, come on.
