November 4
Congress changed the traditonal Daylight Savings Time, in an attempt to save money; however the cost to make the changes on the worlds' computers more than destroyed any possible economic benifit.
According to Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Daylight_saving_time_around_the_world#In_2007
"In 2007, daylight saving time (DST) was extended in the United States. DST started on March 11, 2007, which was three weeks earlier than usual, and it will end on November 4, 2007, which is one week later than usual (more details on the new DST start and end times can be found here). This results in a new DST period that is four weeks longer than in previous years."
