I can. Bush is committed to winning the war, whereas Hillary supports or trashes the effort depending on what she feels would gain her the most political support. (She does that with just about everything.)

One accepted responsibility and stood by convictions. In a difficult situation no one wants any casualty on their conscious.

One took authority to back the use of force on Iraq. One had prior extensive information regarding WMD's , also voted for the Patriot Act.

One is running for President, the other is not.

Because you hate the war and Bush. Bush has a strategy of winning it and at least has always stood behind it. Hilliary has changed her tune on the war every time a new poll comes out. That's the difference.
