Decide on a monetary amount you would like to spend for any of the adults and older children, meaning those about 13 and older. Then make a donation to an organization that you feel really connected to. Make a card for each person saying that a donation in his/her name was make to whichever organization it is. Once a person is older, what do they really need for Christmas? There are so many people and animals who need so much more at the holiday time. Buy something small for the kids and let the older ones know how important giving is. I'm sure they will all be getting stuff from other people anyway that will end up under beds, in closets or regifted the next year. Give your money to an organization that needs it and the feeling of good will to those who know that the gift they have given has done something good.

Wow, you have a large family! Well I think you should buy presents for your immediate family, and then for your extended family just do a white elephant gift exchange. Everyone brings a present worth $25-50 depending on what you want to spend, and then everyone draws numbers and picks a present. People can also steal from each other. This might be hard since you have so many people, so instead you could just do secret santa and draw names and buy one nice present for one person. That way, everyone is included!

wow thats a lot of people. Are they all living close to you - if so how about having a party instead of buying presents.

If that isn't an option it all depends on your budget. If you don't have alot to spend you could make up a party bag for everyone. Lots of little inexpensive things can go in them. For the grown ups you could buy the sets with 5 or 6 small bottles of perfume/aftershave and put 1 in each bag or a miniature bottle of whisky/vodka or whatever they like to drink. For the children how about Tamagotchis, they are small and not too expensive and can interact with each other. Plus a balloon, christmassy sweets, christmassy erasers, pencils, notepads

Oh my, that's a lot of people. I certainly wouldn't buy gifts for every single person!
But since you wanted some advice, here it is! Tehehe ^^

~ Gift Ideas ~
Teen Girls - Delicious Scented Lotion from Bath & Body Works (they are having holiday sales!!!!!), A&F gift card or HCO gift card, handbag, hair accessories, jewerly

Teen Boys - Skateboard, Vans gift card, or cash :)

Kids - Something from Kirby Toys or Toys R Us, good DvD movie,

Middle Age Women/Men - a book that has a really really really great meaning that will uplift them, fragrance, candles, makeup, gift cards to macy's, oh make them pies!!!!! :D

For Married Couples - a matching couple sweatshirts is a very sweet <3

Gramps & Grann - PLENTY of hugs, grann's dream handbag/clothes, gramp's favorite brand shoes..

But what I would recommend is for Gramps & Grann's, you should take them out to the mall and have them chose ^^
And for parents, ask their kids to make their parents fill out a survey of their favorite store, favorite color, best gift they've received.. etc. and for the teens, coolly call up their friends and ask them what is 'in' nowadays :D

wow, you are so lucky that you have a big family!!!!!! well i really hope this helped you. Good luck and happy holidays!!! <333
May God always be with you :)

I would start with the grand kids, they are what make Christmas special.....seeing the looks on their faces. Do you make crafts or sew? Homemade gifts are the best. As far as the kids and in-laws go, I would buy 'couple' gifts. Another thing you can do is buy 'family' gifts....games, fruit baskets, gift card for a dinner if they don't get the chance to go out much.

That is way too many to buy for. What you should do draw names for adults and children,or just buy family gifts.Do you see them all at Christmas?Other than that buy gifts by age,and all the same for that age group, and on ect.Example books for preteens, games for older, how on earth do you keep it straight and not give the same thing to the same person the next year? Ok I am out of my leauge here so Merry Christmas!

Dont take this the wrong way but all those people First you buy the Grown ups CONDOMS and demenstrate how they go on LOL.... If I were you I would just worry about the kids that way you are not Drowning yourself in Debt and for the adults do a Secret Santa this way someone gets some one else to buy for and they do not have to worry about buying for everyone. and set a dollar limit depending on your money situation and theirs I would put it at anywhere from 10.00 - 200.00 again it all depends on how yours and your families are set for money

That's alot of family. You are truly blessed. I think I would try making some things to give. Like jellies, cakes, candies. One of the most special gifts I received from my youngest son. It was for Mother's Day. He took an orange, put some decorated pins in it, along with cloves in it. Smelled real pretty. didn't last long but it was really nice,.I loved it.

like the posters above me said....
hugs and kisses for ur family other then ur immediate family.
do u really wanna pay all that to get gifts?
and u really shouldn't give all those ppl gifts becuz i doubt they are ur imediate family and i don't know how rich u are lol but thats too many ppl for me to buy gifts for.
just buy stuff for ur 2 kids...kids, they need the stuff more.
not as a nessecity but we(yes we, i'm 14 yrs old)
consider christmas as a time for getting and giving gifts from and to our mom and dad.
not other ppl like aunt and uncle and grandparents and cousins and such.

well i don't think that anymore but thats wat i used to think.
and ur husband andu deserve gifts too.

and i doubt u'll have enough to gift ur selfves and ur kids afterwards all those ppl.
ur family comes first no matter what. not aunt or uncle or sister or cousin.

edit---
holy ****!
itsallgo is right...get birth control and condoms
and plenty of them

and just give them hugs and kisses
and throw a christmas party at ur plc as a gift.

only get gifts for ur kids and husband.
are u crazy, 120 ppl....

First off- forget buying friends gifts. Bake loads of cookies and brownies and put them in tin for gifts.

Second- Do it as family. If you are intent on buying gifts- it can be done for under $400.00 for everyone.

First put them into groups. how many of you and your husbands kids have children and spouses?
Go to blockbuster and buy 2 USED (they won't look used) family videos for each "family group" for $10 total. Put them in a basket with a packet of popcorn and wrap nicely with colored Saran (spelling?) wrap.

Now, how many of your children do not have kids? Get them a $15.00 gift certificate to blockbuster.

For parents bake pies, cookies and candies.
